RIGGED™ Legal

Big Dawg Development LLC, doing business as RIGGED

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 25, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Big Dawg Development LLC, an Arizona limited liability company operating under the name RIGGED ("RIGGED," "Company," "we," "us" or "our"). They govern your access to and use of RIGGED's browser-based game, related websites (including riggedpoker.com, riggedpoker.net and rigged.poker), accounts, chat, community features, tournaments, virtual items and any store or other features we make available (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Copyright and DMCA Policy before using the Service.

1. Acceptance and important disclosures

1.1 Agreement. By selecting an acceptance checkbox, creating an account or otherwise affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. We may require you to accept updated Terms before using the Service after material changes. Merely visiting a page does not itself substitute for any affirmative consent required by law.

1.2 Entertainment; no withdrawal. RIGGED is an entertainment game that simulates poker and intentionally includes disclosed mechanics permitting the dealer to alter game events. Virtual balances cannot be withdrawn or redeemed through RIGGED for cash, cash equivalents, physical prizes or other external merchandise. The Service and all available features remain subject to applicable law and geographic or operational restrictions.

1.3 Feature availability. Certain Store products, purchases, tournaments and other game modes may be unavailable, delayed, geographically restricted or disabled. Game documentation or promotional descriptions do not guarantee that an optional feature is currently enabled or will be offered in every jurisdiction. Speedway and Horse Track are unlocked through a Discord member code; access to those rooms is not sold.

1.4 Separate promotions. A giveaway, sweepstakes or creator promotion, if offered, is governed by separately published official rules. A no-purchase-necessary giveaway must provide a genuine free entry method, and purchasing Virtual Items must not improve a person's chances of winning. In-game balances and tournament results do not themselves establish a right to any external prize.

2. Eligibility, location and accounts

2.1 Minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old and meet any higher applicable age requirement. RIGGED is not directed to children. If you do not satisfy the applicable requirement, do not register or use the Service.

2.2 Territorial limits. Access is offered only in geographic areas we expressly authorize within the United States. Washington and Montana are excluded. We may exclude additional locations or particular features, and the Service is unavailable wherever prohibited by law. Use from outside an eligible location is prohibited even if a technical restriction fails to detect it.

2.3 Location and age screening. We use the birth month and year you provide and IP-based country/state screening to apply eligibility rules; these controls are not government identity verification. We identify hosting, proxy or datacenter network characteristics and log suspected VPN use. A VPN indicator alone does not automatically ban a user. Using technology or false information to misrepresent your actual location or evade an access restriction is prohibited. We may request additional verification or restrict access when necessary or legally required.

2.4 Account responsibility. One account per person, unless we expressly permit otherwise. Keep credentials confidential; do not sell, lend, transfer, share or obtain another person's account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize, subject to rights and protections that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

2.5 Accurate information. Provide accurate account information, keep it reasonably current and do not impersonate another person. We may decline registration, suspend access or require additional checks to protect the Service or comply with law.

3. Understanding the game and disclosed rigging

3.1 Game format. RIGGED uses poker-style hands, table chips, Coins and other game mechanics. The dealer may be a human participant, a House-controlled bot or, in an enabled streamer mode, an eligible viewer acting as the House.

3.2 Rigs and published rules. A "Rig" is a disclosed game mechanic permitting an eligible dealer to influence the cards, board, targets or other elements of a hand. Some Rigs are Open, while Hidden Rigs are disclosed in accordance with their published reveal rules. The Company makes its "How the Rigging Works" explanation available at https://riggedpoker.com/how-it-works and through game help links. That explanation addresses the Rig clock, the 18 currently described Rigs, targeting, bots, tournaments, Call the Cheat and other mode rules. Read the applicable explanation before playing; only Rigs allowed by the active game rules are permitted.

3.3 Call the Cheat. Where offered, an eligible participant may challenge suspected dealer manipulation using “Call the Cheat.” A correct call catches the dealer and awards the pot; an incorrect call costs part of the player’s stack, mucks the hand and imposes a cooldown, in accordance with the published mode rules. The game instructions specify the applicable amounts and timing.

3.4 Mode-specific game features. Applicable tutorials describe the Rig clock, Open and Hidden Rigs, player challenges, side features, and the circumstances under which a dealer or player may act. Features that are not available in the current game are not governed as active entitlements under these Terms. If a materially different feature is introduced, its rules and related notices will be updated before it becomes available.

3.5 Dealer discretion and shuffle. Within the published Rig restrictions, a human dealer or viewer acting as House may choose an eligible Rig and its target; House bots select targets randomly. Dealers cannot view other players’ purchase histories or target players based on spending. Apart from the disclosed Rigs and other game features, cards are shuffled with a cryptographically secure random number generator. These disclosures do not mean results are independent of the disclosed interventions or guarantee any outcome.

3.6 No guaranteed outcome. Gameplay depends on chance, skill, other participants, technical operation and disclosed interventions. No result, hand, table, contest or balance is guaranteed. The operator may change game rules prospectively, with reasonable notice where appropriate, and may correct manifest technical errors or abuse.

4. Virtual Coins, chips and other digital items

4.1 Categories. "Virtual Items" include Coins, table and tournament chips, Streamer Passes, non-transferable promotional credits, virtual portraits, throwables, table perks and other digital entitlements actually made available through the Service. Categories may have different acquisition, use, expiration, source-tracking and transfer restrictions. The list covers only digital entitlements actually offered by RIGGED.

4.2 Coin allocations and origin records. New accounts receive 20,000 Coins, with additional Coins available from daily streaks, gameplay and authorized awards. If the purchase functionality is activated and legally available, Coin bundles may also be sold. The transaction ledger records the origin of Coin entries, including welcome allocations, daily streaks, gameplay, promotional tips, gifts, purchases and administrative adjustments. Source tagging does not confer access to a restricted game mode.

4.3 Licensed, not owned. Virtual Items are limited contractual licenses for use in the Service, not legal tender, bank deposits or property interests transferable outside the Service. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, they carry no cash redemption right and cannot be exchanged through us for money or external goods. License terms do not displace applicable legal restrictions on game mechanics or sale of access to play.

4.4 Use of Coins. Where a mode is offered, ordinary-bankroll Coins can be used for table buy-ins or entries in tournaments against players or bots. Purchased Coins may be eligible for those modes only if the relevant transaction and game pathway have been enabled and permitted by applicable law and our payment arrangements. Access to a free account does not require a Coin purchase. Promotional tipping credits described in Section 9 are maintained separately and cannot be used for table or tournament entry.

4.5 Streamer Passes and promotional access. Streamer Passes may be required to obtain another turn as House, under the displayed queue rules. The Speedway and Horse Track race rooms are currently unlocked with the Discord member code, rather than a separate purchase price. These access arrangements do not create a right to sell, trade or redeem a Pass, promotional credit or room entitlement for money or external value.

4.6 Restricted transfers. Selling, bartering or transferring Virtual Items or accounts for money or value outside the Service is prohibited. Ordinary player-to-player Coin tipping and account transfers are not permitted. The only authorized streamer tipping mechanism is the restricted, Company-funded promotional feature governed by Section 9. Legitimate game-awarded winnings and allocations made by the game engine are not prohibited player transfers.

4.7 Balances; errors. Balances may be adjusted to correct faults, unauthorized activity, duplications, fraudulent transactions or rule violations. We may establish reasonable caps and restrictions. Virtual Items may expire or be removed only as disclosed to you and subject to applicable consumer law. Records may be retained for compliance, fraud detection and dispute handling as explained in the Privacy Policy.

4.8 No off-platform market. You may not use third-party marketplaces, community channels or direct messages to buy, sell, exchange or monetize Virtual Items, or facilitate another person's doing so.

5. Tables, tournaments, bots and side contests

5.1 Table and bot balances. For an eligible table, ordinary-bankroll Coins are converted to table chips and settled under the published mode rules when a player leaves. During ordinary bot play outside bot tournaments, chips won from bots do not convert into Coins, and chips lost to bots are returned to the player as provided in the game rules. Bot tournaments have different settlement rules, as stated in Section 5.2.

5.2 Tournament entries and payouts. When enabled, the game permits entries of up to 5,000 Coins for bot tournaments and 25,000 Coins for player tournaments. The applicable first-, second- and third-place allocation is 50%, 30% and 20% of the eligible entry-fee Coin pool. When a tournament has fewer than six real participants, bots may fill available seats; bots do not retain prize shares. Shares that would otherwise fall to bots are allocated to eligible real players in finishing order, so the distributable Coin pool is paid to real players. If fewer than three real players qualify, the published tournament instructions determine the allocations. Purchased-Coin participation may remain disabled until authorized by applicable law and payment arrangements.

5.3 Free race and rail predictions. Rail picks are free predictions by players who are not participating in the current hand about which player will win it. Race picks are free predictions of a wholly random side race occurring once per orbit in the Speedway and Horse Track rooms, and participation may be skipped. No Coins or other items are staked or lost by making an incorrect pick. A correct pick awards 250 Coins from the game, with a shared limit of ten successful race and rail picks per account in any 24-hour period. The two race rooms are unlocked using the Discord member code and are not sold as paid premium rooms. We may correct technical errors, enforce abuse rules or suspend these activities where required by law.

5.4 Bots. Where bots participate, they will be identified by the Service. Bot-related conversion rules, payouts and eligibility for tournaments may differ from human-player tables and must be stated in the game instructions. We may suspend or modify bot tournaments to address fairness, security or legal requirements.

5.5 Disputes about play. Report suspected cheating, miscredited balances, bugs or mistaken results promptly using in-game support or [email protected]. We may review game logs and transaction histories and correct verified operational errors, subject to applicable law. Our records are evidence, but not an irrebuttable determination of your statutory rights.

5.6 Inactive seats. After a player has sat out ten hands, the game frees the seat and returns the player's remaining table chips to the player's bankroll under the active table rules. The player may rejoin subject to seat availability and the displayed procedures.

6. Purchases, store and digital access

6.1 Store availability and prices. When the Store is active, it may offer permitted digital cosmetic items, table perks, Coin bundles or other displayed entitlements, depending on current product and legal restrictions. Prices, taxes, quantities, terms and availability are disclosed before an authorized purchase. The Speedway and Horse Track race rooms are not offered for sale. Features that are technically described or advertised but inactive do not create a right to purchase them.

6.2 Payment processing. If purchases become available, checkout will identify the authorized processor and applicable payment terms. Braintree (PayPal) is the proposed provider, subject to its acceptance and any necessary authorization. We do not guarantee that processing or any particular purchase type has been approved or activated. Related data handling is addressed in the Privacy Policy.

6.3 Purchases and delivery. When a transaction is accepted, we deliver the purchased digital entitlement through your account or as otherwise stated at checkout. Keep transaction confirmations and contact support if your purchase is missing. We may decline transactions, enforce purchase limits, or cancel transactions that cannot lawfully or technically be completed; authorized cancellations are refunded in accordance with applicable law.

6.4 No investment or financial instrument. Virtual purchases do not confer equity, ownership of an account, rights to profit, interest, a claim to Company assets or entitlement to external prizes. Do not acquire Virtual Items on the expectation that they can be resold, cashed out or invested.

6.5 Platform and processor rules. Purchases may be conditioned on lawful eligibility and approval of applicable payment providers. We may immediately disable particular payment options or products if authorization is unavailable, withdrawn or limited.

7. Refunds, errors and chargebacks

7.1 Refund policy. Except where applicable law provides greater rights, purchases of delivered and used digital entitlements are generally final. If you report an accidental purchase within 14 days and the purchased items have not been used, we will refund the applicable charge after reasonable verification. We will investigate unauthorized charges and provide refunds, cancellations or other remedies required by applicable law and payment-network rules. No contractual 14-day limit reduces any longer nonwaivable period for reporting unauthorized payments.

7.2 How to request review. Use the "Report a problem" feature or contact [email protected] with the transaction date, item and a description of the issue. Do not share a full card number or password. We may request reasonable evidence and will respond within a reasonable period.

7.3 Chargebacks. You retain rights to contact your card issuer or payment provider. We may temporarily restrict disputed entitlements while evaluating the transaction, but will not automatically terminate an account merely because you exercised lawful dispute rights. Confirmed chargeback fraud may support proportionate restrictions.

7.4 Service closure. If we voluntarily discontinue the Service, we intend to provide at least 30 days' advance in-service notice and stop selling affected Virtual Items after announcing closure when reasonably practicable, subject to overriding legal, security or emergency circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

8. Streamer tables and special House access

8.1 Viewer as House. For a streamer table, eligible viewers may enter a queue using a streamer's link and, when selected under the feature rules, act as House for up to five hands. Additional turns require rejoining the queue and using another Streamer Pass where required by the active game rules.

8.2 Rig selection. A viewer acting as House may choose available Rigs and targets only within the active limits, cooldowns and disclosure requirements of the mode. The user remains subject to the prohibitions on collusion, targeted harassment, unlawful conduct, and exchange of game benefits for outside consideration.

8.3 Streaming visibility. Authorized creators may broadcast gameplay through third-party streaming services. Your displayed username, table activity and visible chat may appear in public streams or recordings, and voice may also be audible if included by the broadcaster. The broadcaster's separate recording and platform practices may apply. Avoid sharing personal information in live features; see the Privacy Policy for more information.

8.4 Creator terms. Paid sponsorship, affiliate compensation, creator codes and approved broadcaster features may be subject to additional written agreements and legal disclosure requirements. These Terms do not promise any person a creator commission or other compensation.

9. Controlled streamer tipping

9.1 Company-funded promotional tipping. If authorized streamer tipping is enabled, only Company-approved creators may allocate a fixed amount of Company-funded promotional Coins to eligible viewers. The tip balance is maintained separately from a viewer's ordinary playing bankroll and does not permit peer-to-peer transfers.

9.2 Pool controls and account limits. RIGGED funds and replenishes the promotional tip pool; creators cannot purchase or refill it, tip themselves, or withdraw, transfer or redeem its balance. Fixed allocation amounts, daily limits for each creator and recipient, Coin-source records and tip logs apply. Improper allocations may be reversed, and a creator’s access may be suspended or terminated for abuse.

9.3 Prohibited exchanges. A streamer or player may not exchange, condition or solicit a tip in return for subscriptions, donations, purchases, employment, personal favors or any form of outside payment. Tips may not be sold or redeemed. We may reverse or restrict improper allocations and disable the feature.

9.4 Promotional balance; permitted use. Tipped promotional Coins are kept in a separate, non-transferable balance and cannot be used for table buy-ins, tournament entries or other stakes. They can be spent only on eligible Store items. The Store may restrict which items may be obtained with promotional Coins, including prohibiting conversion into ordinary stakeable Coins or other game-entry benefits. Item eligibility and restrictions are displayed in the Store. Receipt of a promotional tip does not guarantee access to any particular product.

10. Conduct, abuse and fair participation

10.1 You must not: operate unauthorized bots or scripts; hack, scrape, clone, re-host or interfere with the Service; reverse engineer or decompile protected software except where applicable law permits; exploit vulnerabilities; use multiple accounts to evade restrictions; chip dump, collude or rig outcomes outside expressly permitted game mechanics; trade accounts or Virtual Items; harass or threaten others; distribute unlawful or infringing content; impersonate others; disclose another person's personal information; solicit minors; circumvent age or location controls; or use the Service in violation of law.

10.2 Permitted Rigs are not unauthorized cheating. Game actions expressly disclosed in the tutorial are allowed within their rules. Collusion, unauthorized external coordination, exploits, third-party wagering and manipulation of virtual balances outside published game mechanics remain prohibited.

10.3 Enforcement. We may investigate reports, preserve relevant records, remove content, reverse illicit transfers, restrict specific features, suspend or terminate accounts and refer suspected illegal conduct to competent authorities where justified. We will exercise discretion reasonably and subject to mandatory law.

11. Text chat, voice chat, content and moderation

11.1 Your content. You retain ownership of original messages and other material you submit, but grant the Company a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display, transmit, moderate and otherwise use that content solely as reasonably needed to operate, maintain, secure, promote or improve the Service, including displaying user names and gameplay as described here. This license ends when no longer necessary for those purposes, subject to lawful retention, authorized recordings and existing copies.

11.2 Text messages and moderation. Table chat, friend messages and private messages are subject to reasonable safety and moderation access, as explained in the Privacy Policy. They are not inaccessible to authorized moderators. Avoid posting personal information or content for which you lack permission. Report harassment, unlawful content or abuse through the provided reporting controls.

11.3 Optional push-to-talk voice chat. Voice chat is available at designated tables. Your microphone transmits audio only while you hold the push-to-talk key. Before first using voice chat, you must affirmatively accept the separate Voice Chat Notice. After that acknowledgment, voice may connect automatically at later voice-enabled tables unless you decline, disable or leave voice participation. You can mute individual participants. Other players can hear you and may have access to a short temporary buffer for abuse reporting, as explained below.

11.4 Local audio buffers and submitted reports. RIGGED relays live voice through Cloudflare and does not routinely record or store continuous table conversations on its servers. Each participating listener’s browser temporarily holds a rolling buffer of approximately five minutes of received audio in device memory. If a participant reports another user, a relevant recent clip may be uploaded to RIGGED for moderation and safety and retained for one year from submission, unless a legal hold or other applicable duty requires longer retention. A report can include your voice even when you did not submit the report. Additional details appear in the Privacy Policy.

11.5 Recording and participation rules. Do not activate your microphone unless you have agreed to the voice notice. Respect the mute and report functions, and do not record, share, rebroadcast or misuse someone else's voice in violation of applicable law. The game's consent screen and in-table indicators do not authorize independent recording outside the game. We may limit or disable voice features or require renewed consent where law or platform changes require it.

11.6 Reporting and copyright removals. You may report inappropriate text, voice behavior or other misuse. We may remove user material or suspend access for legitimate reasons. Copyright notices about specific material controlled by the Service should be sent through the Copyright and DMCA Policy, not merely through game reporting.

11.7 Feedback. If you voluntarily give us ideas, product suggestions or comments, we may consider and use them without a payment obligation unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

12. Streaming, creators and endorsements

12.1 Subject to these Terms and third-party rights, you may stream, record and discuss gameplay for personal or creator channels and monetize ordinary public streams where platform rules permit. Do not place RIGGED game footage behind an independently charged paywall without our written permission, imply Company sponsorship without authorization or misrepresent the nature of gameplay or potential rewards.

12.2 If you receive money, commissions, free items or other material benefits for promoting RIGGED, make clear and conspicuous disclosures as required by applicable law and platform rules, including appropriate in-stream disclosures for live broadcasts.

12.3 You must not claim viewers can win real money from the Service if that claim is untrue, nor conceal a material commercial relationship. Any sponsored creator agreement may contain additional conditions consistent with these Terms.

13. Company and third-party intellectual property

13.1 Ownership. The Service and its software, designs, artwork, sound, branding, documentation and other proprietary materials are owned by the Company or licensed from third parties and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

13.2 Limited access license. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for its intended personal entertainment use while you comply with these Terms. No ownership or right to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Company intellectual property is transferred.

13.3 Marks. RIGGED and related names and logos are claimed as Company marks to the extent protectable. Use of the ™ symbol does not represent that a federal registration has issued. No right is granted to register confusingly similar marks or domains.

13.4 Open-source and third-party content. Software components and third-party assets may be governed by their own licenses, which control where applicable. Nothing here grants rights the Company does not own.

Our separate Copyright and DMCA Policy explains how to send copyright infringement notifications and counter-notifications, our designated agent's contact details, and our repeat-infringer policy. The Company may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing materials in accordance with applicable law and that policy.

15. Privacy and platform integrations

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information and in-game records are collected and used. Third-party services such as Discord, Twitch, or a payment processor may collect information pursuant to their own terms when you choose to use or connect them. Do not assume a community integration is private solely because it is linked from RIGGED.

16. Availability, changes and termination

16.1 Service operations. We may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict features to address security, maintenance, suspected misuse, technical constraints, legal obligations or other legitimate operational reasons. Where reasonably practicable we will give notice of material changes affecting paid digital content.

16.2 Your account. You may cease using the Service and request account deletion in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Deletion does not necessarily remove information lawfully retained for records, security, disputes or legal obligations.

16.3 Suspension and termination. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, threats to other players, fraud, location ineligibility, legal restrictions, or reasonably necessary operational action. Any retained balances or credits will be handled as disclosed and consistent with mandatory law; we do not treat suspension as a waiver of statutory consumer rights.

16.4 Survival. Provisions concerning intellectual property, restrictions on misuse, permitted retention, dispute resolution, liability and rights accrued before termination survive to the extent necessary to fulfill their purposes.

17. Disclaimers and allocation of risk

17.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of continuous availability, error-free operation, specific gameplay results, or uninterrupted preservation of game balances. We do not disclaim rights or warranties that applicable law prohibits us from disclaiming.

17.2 Online services can experience interruptions, platform outages, latency, loss of connectivity and unauthorized activity. Use reasonable account-security precautions and report problems promptly. Nothing in these Terms excuses liability that cannot be limited by law.

18. Limitation of liability

18.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages or lost profits arising from ordinary use of the Service, unless a nonwaivable legal rule provides otherwise.

18.2 To the extent legally enforceable, the Company's aggregate contractual liability relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid the Company for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $50. This limitation does not apply to claims or remedies that applicable law prohibits limiting, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct or other excluded misconduct where required by law.

18.3 The foregoing limitations must be read together and do not deprive consumers of nonwaivable statutory rights, chargeback rights or required refunds.

19. Your responsibility for third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse the Company for reasonable losses, damages and expenses resulting from a third-party claim directly caused by your material violation of these Terms, intentional infringement of another person's rights or unlawful misuse of the Service. We will give reasonable notice of a covered claim and will not settle a claim in a manner imposing non-monetary obligations on you without your consent. This section does not require a consumer to indemnify the Company for its own negligence, misconduct or legal violations.

20. Disputes; Arizona law; no mandatory arbitration

20.1 Contact us first. Before beginning a formal dispute where practicable, please contact [email protected] with a description of the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity for resolution. This is not a mandatory exhaustion requirement and does not shorten any limitation period or restrict urgent relief.

20.2 Governing law. Except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise, Arizona law and applicable federal law govern these Terms without giving effect to conflict-of-laws rules that would defeat mandatory protections.

20.3 Court proceedings. Subject to any nonwaivable jurisdiction or venue rights, disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona, or in any other forum required by applicable law. An eligible claim may be filed in small-claims court. These Terms do not contain a mandatory arbitration agreement, jury-trial waiver or class-action waiver.

21. Notices and updates

21.1 Terms changes. We may update these Terms for legal, operational or security reasons. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice and, where required or appropriate, request affirmative reacceptance. We maintain a record of accepted versions and their acceptance dates.

21.2 Electronic communications. Service notices may be provided through an account message, in-game banner or contact details you supply, subject to electronic-consent laws. Legal notices to the Company should be directed to the contact details below.

22. General provisions

22.1 These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Copyright and DMCA Policy, and any separately accepted program-specific terms form the applicable agreement for the relevant Service features. Specific official giveaway rules govern the giveaway if inconsistent with general game terms.

22.2 If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective to the extent consistent with its essential purpose. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not constitute a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.

22.3 You may not assign your account or these Terms without our written agreement. The Company may assign its rights and obligations to a successor in connection with a bona fide reorganization or sale, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

22.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law. Nothing creates a partnership, employment or agency relationship with an ordinary player.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 25, 2026

Big Dawg Development LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as RIGGED ("RIGGED," "Company," "we," "our" or "us"), provides this Privacy Policy to explain how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, retained and protected when you visit the RIGGED websites, register for or play the RIGGED browser game, use chat and community functionality, contact support, make a purchase if the store is enabled, or interact with our related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Copyright and DMCA Policy.

We offer the Service to eligible adults in authorized parts of the United States. Washington and Montana are currently excluded, and further location or feature restrictions may apply as explained in our Terms of Service.

1. Categories of information we collect

1.1 Registration and account information. Usernames, salted or otherwise securely hashed password credentials, birth month and year provided during age screening, account identifiers, profile settings, characters and other account-related information.

1.2 Agreement and eligibility records. The version of the Terms and policies you accepted, date and time of acceptance, related IP address, geographic eligibility results and other records reasonably needed to demonstrate consent and enforce account restrictions.

1.3 Gameplay and virtual item information. Coin and item balances, game hands, table activity, tournament participation, outcomes, daily streaks, rewards, achievements, virtual purchases and entitlements, friends, reported abuse, enforcement actions and relevant transactional histories.

1.4 Messages and moderation records. We process table chat, friend messages, private messages, reports, support communications and related moderation actions. Private messages between players may be accessed by authorized moderators where needed for safety, investigations and compliance.

1.5 Technical, security and location information. Our systems process IP addresses, approximate country/state results, account session tokens, login and server logs, device/browser information contained in technical requests, abuse and restriction records, and indications that an IP address belongs to a hosting, proxy or datacenter network. DB-IP supports location checks; iptoasn.com supplies network classification information. We log suspected VPN use but do not automatically block a user solely because a VPN is indicated. We do not collect government identity documents or precise GPS coordinates for ordinary registration.

1.6 Store and payment information, if purchases are enabled. Information about products selected, amounts charged, transaction references, status, refunds, chargebacks and limited payment or billing details actually supplied to us by the activated payment provider. Payment processors handle payment credentials in accordance with their own policies and checkout integrations. We identify the actual payment provider and material purchase terms during checkout if purchases become available.

1.7 Discord and streamer integrations. When you link Discord or a creator account, we may obtain associated user or channel identifiers, connection status and authorized feature or community reward events, according to the permissions in the connection flow. We do not receive all information in your external account by default.

1.8 Visibility to other users and broadcasters. Other players can view your username, selected character, rank, game activity and public chat. Streamers may broadcast these elements and, where their streaming setup permits, audible voice, under separate third-party practices.

1.9 Voice chat and voice-report clips. At push-to-talk-enabled tables, live microphone audio is relayed through Cloudflare to participating players. We do not routinely store continuous table voice conversations on RIGGED servers. Each participating listener’s browser temporarily keeps approximately five minutes of received voice in a rolling memory buffer. A player submitting a voice-abuse report may upload a clip containing another user’s recent audio. We collect the uploaded clip and associated account identifiers, report information and timestamps to investigate misconduct, protect participants and comply with legal obligations.

2. How information is collected

2.1 Directly from you. We receive information when you register, accept a policy, customize an account, play, send messages, submit a complaint, join a linked community or voluntarily contact us.

2.2 Automatically in the course of providing the Service. Our systems collect ordinary technical logs, security records, approximate IP-based location and gameplay activity as the Service operates.

2.3 From vendors, other participants and connected accounts. Approved payment providers may send purchase confirmations; Discord or streamer integrations may provide permitted identifiers; and other participants may send reports, screenshots and voice clips. Reports may contain a voice recording of a player who did not personally press the report button.

2.4 Advertising and sale of information. We do not sell personal information to advertisers or use third-party advertising analytics on the game website as currently operated. If our advertising, tracking or disclosure practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any notices or choices required by law before implementing them.

2.5 Voice transmission and device memory. Live audio is transmitted when a player holds the push-to-talk key. Receiving participants’ browsers maintain a temporary audio buffer in their own device memory. RIGGED receives a voice clip when it is submitted as part of a user report. Live Cloudflare relay and local buffering are separate from RIGGED’s retention of submitted moderation clips.

3. Purposes for using information

3.1 We use information to provide accounts and gameplay, allocate and administer Virtual Items, maintain balances, match players, support streamer tables, display user-generated content, and fulfill requested features.

3.2 We use age-screening information and IP-based country/state geolocation to apply eligibility restrictions, including the U.S.-only service area and the exclusions for Washington and Montana. Our systems log suspected VPN and datacenter-network activity without automatically denying access solely because a VPN indicator is present.

3.3 Safety, fraud prevention and moderation. We use account records, Coin-origin entries, gameplay histories, text reports and uploaded voice clips to investigate chip dumping, collusion, fraud, unauthorized transfers, harassment, suspected threats and other violations. We do not treat the mere presence of a VPN indicator as proof of misconduct.

3.4 We use support inquiries, purchase records and account information to investigate problems, process legitimate refund requests and chargebacks, communicate service updates and provide customer assistance.

3.5 We use necessary records to maintain security, investigate incidents, meet tax/accounting requirements, cooperate with lawful process, defend legal claims, and comply with applicable obligations.

3.6 We may use aggregated or reasonably de-identified information to evaluate Service performance and improve game operations, while maintaining appropriate de-identification and complying with applicable legal requirements. We do not use third-party advertising analytics on the game website.

3.7 Voice-report purposes. We use submitted voice-report clips for safety moderation, complaint investigation, enforcement of game rules, appropriate evidentiary preservation, responding to legally valid requests and related administration. We do not use these clips for targeted advertising.

4. Cookies, browser storage and similar technologies

4.1 Session and preference storage. Our website stores an authentication token used to maintain your session. It also stores ordinary device preferences such as sound/music settings, your selected table name, tutorial progress and the result of the age screen so that an age-related denial is not simply reset by refreshing the form. You can manage supported browser storage through your device settings; removing it may sign you out or reset preferences.

4.2 Technical records. The browser, our servers and linked services may generate connection information needed for essential operations, location restrictions and security. We do not currently use advertising cookies, targeting pixels or third-party marketing analytics on RIGGED's game website.

4.3 Third-party sites. Visiting Discord, Twitch, a checkout provider or another website may cause that provider to use cookies or comparable technologies under its privacy notice. These practices are not necessarily controlled by RIGGED.

4.4 Future changes. If we introduce nonessential tracking, advertising technology or new analytics, we will update this Policy and implement legally required disclosures and choices before those uses begin. Browser "Do Not Track" settings do not currently activate a separate control, although legally required preference signals will be honored where applicable.

4.5 Five-minute audio memory buffer. At voice-enabled tables, participating browsers temporarily buffer recently heard audio in local device memory for approximately five minutes to support safety reporting. This buffer is separate from cookies and ordinary account preferences. We do not routinely receive its contents unless a participant uploads a clip with a report. The retention period for submitted clips is set out in Section 7.6.

5. How information is disclosed

5.1 Other players. We display player names, selected profiles, ranks, table participation, chat and other gameplay information according to feature settings. Private messages are not ordinarily shown to other players unless a participant shares them or their contents become relevant to moderation or legal obligations.

5.2 Technology and payment providers. We use Fly.io for application hosting, Cloudflare for live voice relay, DB-IP for approximate IP geolocation, iptoasn.com for identifying hosting, proxy and datacenter networks, Spaceship/Spacemail for domains and business email, and Discord for community account linking and rewards. Braintree, a PayPal service, is the proposed card-payment processor; if Store payments are activated and approved, checkout will identify the actual processor. Other infrastructure providers may support database operations, software development, troubleshooting and security where those services are used. Information is disclosed to each provider as necessary for its stated function and consistent with applicable law.

5.3 Community and streamer integrations. If you connect Discord, Twitch or another participating channel, identifiers and authorization data needed for the connection may be exchanged with that provider. Discord-linked rewards and participation records may be stored in your RIGGED account. The outside service operates under its own notices and settings.

5.4 Legal, safety and rights protection. We may disclose relevant information in response to lawful court process, appropriate regulatory requests, credible threats, suspected unlawful conduct, infringement matters, or where disclosure is otherwise legally permitted or required. We may report apparent child sexual abuse material or other material to authorities where a legal reporting obligation applies.

5.5 Business transactions. Personal information may be transferred as part of a bona fide financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization or transfer of assets, subject to confidentiality safeguards, notice and rights required by law.

5.6 No unlisted monetization. Nothing in this Policy authorizes undisclosed sale or sharing of personal information. We will disclose new data recipient categories and implement any required controls if our practices materially change.

5.7 Live voice and submitted clips. Voice that you transmit may be received and temporarily buffered by other connected participants. Uploaded voice-report clips and necessary report details may be reviewed by authorized Company moderators and shared with technical service providers, lawful authorities or advisers where appropriate and legally permitted. Live audio may pass through Cloudflare for relay. We do not state that the audio is unavailable to other users once spoken.

6. Location and eligibility controls

6.1 We obtain an approximate geographic location from your IP address using DB-IP and other available geolocation records as necessary. IP-based results are not precise GPS tracking and may be inaccurate, including when VPNs, proxies, corporate networks or carrier gateways are used.

6.2 Age screening and voice participation. We use the birth month and year you enter at registration to determine whether you meet our age eligibility requirements. Government-issued identification is not ordinarily required to register. Before you use voice chat for the first time, we ask you to affirmatively accept the separate Voice Chat Notice. After you accept it, voice may connect when you join a voice-enabled table; your microphone transmits only while you hold the push-to-talk key. You can mute other users or leave voice participation. Other users’ browsers may temporarily buffer audio you transmit, and a recent clip may be sent to us in a voice-abuse report as explained in Sections 1.9, 2.5 and 7.6.

6.3 We may retain appropriate evidence of eligibility decisions, login restrictions and abuse detection for security or legal compliance. If verification procedures change, this Policy and the relevant user notices must be updated to reflect the actual new collection and uses.

7. Retention and deletion

7.1 Text chats and user reports. We ordinarily retain table/friend text communications and routine reports for approximately 90 days. An investigation, preservation duty, pending complaint or valid legal requirement may justify longer restricted retention. Submitted voice-report clips follow the separate period in Section 7.6.

7.2 Closed accounts. We generally retain closed-account information for one year after closure for security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping and dispute resolution, unless applicable law or an established need requires a different retention period.

7.3 Purchases and financial records. If purchasing is enabled, transaction, refund and accounting records will be retained for periods required by applicable tax, payment-network and financial recordkeeping obligations.

7.4 System logs, local buffers and backups. Server and security logs, technical records and backups may follow operational retention periods determined by security, recovery and legal needs. The rolling voice buffer is in receiving users' device memory and ordinarily falls out of that buffer after approximately five minutes; this differs from uploaded moderation clips. Backup deletion may lag a request under appropriate safeguards and applicable rights.

7.5 Information outside our control. Deleting a RIGGED account does not automatically remove recordings, screenshots, reports or posts created independently by another participant or hosted by Discord, Twitch, other third-party services or users' devices.

7.6 Submitted voice-report clips. We retain clips uploaded with voice-abuse reports for one year from submission to support moderation, investigation and safety. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We may preserve a clip longer when an active investigation, legal obligation or valid preservation requirement makes that necessary; otherwise it is deleted under our retention schedule.

8. Security and incident handling

8.1 We use password hashing, encrypted connections and access restrictions intended to protect personal information. No security safeguard is perfect.

8.2 Access and incident response. Sensitive information, including report audio, is restricted to personnel and providers with a legitimate need. We investigate apparent incidents and may restrict accounts, revoke sessions, preserve evidence or contact affected persons where appropriate. We do not guarantee that a local buffer, third-party platform or transmitted audio can be retrieved or erased from every participant's device.

8.3 If an incident triggers a legal duty to give notice, we will use methods and timeframes required by the laws that apply to the incident and affected residents. An in-game-only notice will not be used as a substitute where applicable law requires a different form of notification.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

9.1 You may use available account controls to update information, change your password and request closure. Requests for access, correction, deletion or related statutory rights may be sent to [email protected] or through the in-game "Report a problem" mechanism.

9.2 We will assess requests under applicable law, may require reasonable verification to protect your account, and may decline or limit a request where a statutory exception permits or requires retention. We will explain material decisions where law requires it.

9.3 Additional rights concerning personal information may apply under the laws of your state, depending on the Service’s activities and the law’s applicability. We honor nonwaivable rights and related procedures where required.

9.4 Where required by applicable law, we provide procedures for privacy-rights appeals, authorized agents and opt-outs relating to covered processing. We do not sell personal information for behavioral advertising or use automated profiling to make legally significant decisions under the currently operated Service.

10. Children and age-ineligible users

10.1 RIGGED is intended only for adults aged 18 or older, or any higher age required in an applicable location. We do not knowingly solicit registrations from children under 13.

10.2 Registration is blocked when the birth month and year entered show that a person is under the minimum age. We do not save account-registration information from users identifying as under 13, although limited technical network logs may arise from ordinary requests.

10.3 Ineligible users and reported audio. If we discover personal information or voice recordings involving a person under 13, we will assess applicable obligations under children's privacy law, restrict access and delete or otherwise handle that information as required. Any verified underage participation or misrepresentation of age may result in restriction or account closure.

11. External sites, Discord and creator broadcasts

11.1 Third-party services linked from the Service, including Discord, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick and payment providers, are separate operators. Their privacy notices govern data they collect directly, and we are not responsible for independent content or practices outside our control.

11.2 If you connect a Discord account to receive a community benefit, RIGGED may process a Discord account identifier and the corresponding participation or reward event. Entry into any separate external-prize giveaway is determined by its published Official Rules, not by this Privacy Policy.

11.3 Voice and creator broadcasts. A participant's voice may be heard by other table users or included in an independent creator broadcast if that creator records the relevant audio. External copies may outlast RIGGED's own report-retention period and are subject to the responsible broadcaster's and platform's practices. Use mute and voice-exit controls if you do not wish to continue participating.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Policy to reflect changes to products, vendors, laws or our practices. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law. Material changes to personal-information processing should not be implemented before required disclosures and choices are available.

Copyright and DMCA Policy

Effective date: October 25, 2026

Big Dawg Development LLC ("Company," "RIGGED," "we" or "us") respects intellectual property rights. This Copyright and Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("Policy") explains how to notify us of allegedly infringing material appearing on the RIGGED browser game, related websites, user chat or other Company-operated services (collectively, the "Service"), how affected users may submit counter-notifications, and how we address repeat infringers. This Policy supplements our Terms of Service and does not replace any legal rights or defenses.

1. Scope and statutory framework

1.1 This Policy is intended to support the notice-and-takedown processes under 17 U.S.C. § 512, where those processes apply. The statutory limitations on liability are available only when their relevant conditions are met; publishing this Policy or registering an agent does not alone guarantee that the Company qualifies for a safe harbor.

1.2 Copyright complaints may relate to user-created text, in-game messages or other material actually stored or made available through the Service, and may also relate to a submitted voice-report clip where copyrighted material is implicated. Content hosted on an independent Discord server, streamer channel or other third-party service may need to be reported to that operator rather than solely to RIGGED.

1.3 This Policy addresses copyright infringement. Trademark complaints, threats, privacy concerns and other noncopyright disputes should be sent to [email protected] or through appropriate support channels, rather than mischaracterized as DMCA notices.

Notices and counter-notifications intended for the Company should be delivered to its designated copyright agent using the following information, which must be kept consistent with the Company's current filing in the United States Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory.

Designated agent/title: Copyright Agent, Big Dawg Development LLC.

Mailing address of designated agent: 15560 N Frank Lloyd Wright, Suite B4-7283, Scottsdale, AZ 85260

Email: [email protected].

Telephone: 602-320-6024

Legal name of service provider: Big Dawg Development LLC (doing business as RIGGED).

We may also make these agent details available on other conspicuous pages of the Service. Changes to our registered agent information may be reflected in this Policy and the U.S. Copyright Office directory.

3. Submitting a notification of claimed infringement

3.1 If you own a copyright or are authorized to act for the owner and believe material accessible through our Service infringes that copyright, send a written notification to our designated agent that substantially contains each of the following:

(a) Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.

(b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, when multiple copyrighted works on one online site are covered by the same notice, a representative list of those works.

(c) Identification of the particular material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, together with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it. Include a URL, username, timestamp, chat or table location, or another specific identifier when available.

(d) Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, such as your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.

(e) A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, the owner's agent or the law.

(f) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

3.2 A notice must be sent in good faith and must not knowingly misrepresent infringement. Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowing material misrepresentations may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, in circumstances provided by law.

3.3 A notice that substantially identifies the protected work, disputed material and claimant contact information but omits other information may still require reasonable follow-up. We may contact the sender to seek legally required additional details and will not automatically refuse an otherwise actionable report solely for technical defects.

4.1 When we receive an adequately supported infringement notification, we will review the submission and, where the DMCA framework applies, act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice. We may also preserve information necessary for responding to the claim, implementing our repeat-infringer policy, or complying with law.

4.2 We will take reasonable steps to notify the user responsible for the removed or disabled material and explain how to submit a counter-notification when the statutory counter-notice procedure applies.

4.3 Removal or restriction does not necessarily mean that the Company has made a final determination of infringement. We may reject or seek clarification of notices that appear abusive, fail to identify material that we control, or lack the information required for an effective notice.

4.4 We may share a notice and related details with the affected user, legal advisers, relevant service providers or authorities where reasonably necessary or required by law. Complainants should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Submitting a counter-notification

5.1 If your content was removed or access disabled in response to a DMCA copyright notice and you have a good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a written counter-notification substantially including:

(a) Your physical or electronic signature.

(b) Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or restriction.

(c) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.

(d) Your full name, postal address and telephone number.

(e) A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located; if your address is outside the United States, the statement must consent to jurisdiction in any judicial district in which the Company may be found.

(f) A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice, or that person's agent.

5.2 A counter-notification is a legal statement with potential consequences. Do not file one to contest noncopyright enforcement, a valid removal, or a dispute merely because you disagree with our general moderation decision.

6. Forwarding and restoration procedure

6.1 When we receive a qualifying counter-notification, we will promptly provide a copy to the person who submitted the original notice and advise that the removed material may be restored.

6.2 Where the statutory DMCA counter-notice process applies, we will restore the material, or cease disabling access to it, not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receipt of a valid counter-notification unless our designated agent first receives notice that the original claimant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity. Independent, lawful grounds for a separate removal or restriction are addressed in Section 6.3.

6.3 We may preserve material or decline restoration for independent lawful reasons, including other Terms violations, threats, court orders, or content unavailable for technical reasons. Such decisions do not relieve us of applicable statutory obligations.

7. Repeat infringers and accommodation of rights protection

7.1 We maintain and reasonably implement a policy providing for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who are repeat copyright infringers. In assessing repeated infringement, we may consider the reliability of notices, counter-notifications, relevant court orders and patterns of conduct. A notice alone does not automatically determine ultimate liability for infringement.

7.2 We will inform users of the policy through the Service, apply it reasonably and accommodate standard technical measures within the meaning of 17 U.S.C. § 512(i) where the law requires.

7.3 Serious or repeated infringement may result in content removal, account suspension, termination, and any other appropriate measure permitted by applicable law.

8. False notices, disputes and other remedies

8.1 Knowingly false copyright complaints or counter-notifications may expose the sender to liability under applicable law. If you are unsure whether a use is permitted by license, law or fair use, consider obtaining appropriate advice before sending a notice.

8.2 The DMCA procedure does not decide all copyright disputes and does not replace access to courts, contractual remedies or other applicable procedures. Nothing in this Policy limits lawful defenses or remedies.

8.3 This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, designated agent records, third-party services or operational procedures. Updates will be posted with an applicable effective date and notice when required.

9. Reports concerning RIGGED intellectual property

Big Dawg Development LLC claims ownership or licensed rights in software, art, written content, music, branding and other materials developed for or used by RIGGED. Reports of unauthorized copies or clones appearing on third-party websites may be sent to [email protected]. We may direct those reports to the third-party platform's copyright agent or other appropriate process.
